Marek Działek is a contemporary artist living in Warsaw. Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk (diploma 2009). He creates in many fields from graphic design and painting to sculpture without closing himself in one form of expression. He believes that the most interesting things often happen at the intersection of seemingly distant fields. Co-founder of the Artistic Workshop Foundation, which promotes art. Cultural animator, organizer of many exhibitions, concerts and lectures promoting various fields of art. In 2017 he received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

The subject of his works is often media and pop culture stereotypes telling the story of contemporary culture, from which he draws phenomena that are not necessarily glorious and attractive, but invariably colorful and multifaceted.
