Ilona Foryś (1980, Wieluń) is a graduate of the Wł. Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Since 2000 she studied at the Faculty of Visual Education, and since 2002 at the Faculty of Painting and Graphics. She completed her diploma in June 2005 in the silkscreen studio under Prof. A. Smoczynski and an annex in the painting studio under Prof. J. Zduniewski. Graduate of postgraduate curatorial studies at the Institute of Art History, Jagiellonian University in Cracow (2005-2006). In 2006 she received an honorable mention for her painting titled. "Splendor", in a competition organized by ArtandBusiness in Warsaw her work won the title "painting of the year". She studied at the Department of Digital Media Production Organization at the L. Schiller National Higher School of Film, Television and Theatre in Lodz (2006-2008). Since 2008, she has been the founder of ILAFO Ilona Foryś art business, dealing mainly with the promotion and sale of works of her own authorship.
In 2012 she received an honorable mention in the first ART ANGEL virtual competition exhibition and for her painting titled,, Fight'' at the National Art Biennale Dabrowa Górnicza. In June 2013, she participated in the painting competition ''Where to find God-wooden churches of Wieluńska Land'' organized on the occasion of the celebration of Faith Days in Wieluńska Land. She has participated in individual and group exhibitions. She took part in numerous Promotional Auctions at the Art Market in Lodz, Young Art Auctions at the Desa Auction House in Krakow. I also cooperate with the Controversial Art Gallery, ArtKwadrat and STALOWA in Warsaw. In 2018, she graduated from the postgraduate studies - pedagogical preparation at the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Lodz. In 2020, she exhibited her paintings at the WDK Cultural Station.
