ABOUT EXHIBITION
STALOWA Art Gallery periodically presents artworks of young Polish artists, but from time to time it would like to remind you that we also have our native art graphics. Graphic art is not as popular among collectors as painting, but it is worth knowing that creating good artwork often takes much more time, which produces real masterpieces. We have something to boast about in this field, taking into account the innovation and high level of work of our graphic designers. At the exhibition "Black&white and in colour" we present various graphic prints such as linocuts, serigraphs, lithographs and such original techniques as photogravure, UV printing on mesh and paper or dry piston. We juxtapose the works of young artists with those already deceased, such as Henryk Opałka or Walenty Gabrysiak. Moreover, we have also prepared for you a unique collection of graphics by our artists - Collector's portfolio: Young Polish Printmaking.The exhibition presents by: Iwona Cur, Walenty Gabrysiak, Agata Gertchen, Piotr Jędruszczak, Michał Kochański, Marta Kubiak, Henryk Opałka, Piotr Pasiewicz, Aleksandra Prusinowska.
