He graduated from the Painting Faculty of Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków under the supervision of Professor Leszek Misiak. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD program at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków.

"Erwin’s works can be sorted into those that were created with the help of color and those that exist with the help of black and white. However, the main inspiration for all his paintings is the man in a group that has been arranged, disciplined, subjected to certain rigors. The author seems to see the crowd as mosaic, sometimes arranged in abstract representations'.
