Born in 1955. Graduated from the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Nałęczów, Warsaw University of Technology, Institute of Artistic Education of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, graduated with honours from Prof. Sławomir Mieleszka's Sculpture Studio, post-graduate studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Faculty of Interior Design. He deals with painting and sculpture. Teacher at the Józef Chełmoński State Art School in Nałęczów. Co-organizer and commissioner of the International M.E. Andriolli Drawing Competition (2006, 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018). He is involved in painting and sculpture. He participated in over 220 environmental, national and international exhibitions. He organized 22 individual exhibitions, received 14 awards and 5 distinctions in national competitions.
His achievements include numerous sculptural works in cooperation with Stanisław Strzyżyński: Bolesław Prus's bench, the monument to Maksymilian Kolbe in Nałęczów, Christ the Saviour in Warsaw, the monument to the murdered by the Security Office in Puławy and Countess Maria Resseguier in Nisko (cooperation Andrzej Oboz).
He was awarded the Silver and Gold Cross of Merit and the Badge of Merit of Culture. For his artistic activity, he was awarded the Prize of the Puławy Starost and the Marshal of the Lubelskie Voivodeship, for his pedagogical work, the Prize of the Curator of Education and the Director of the Centre for Artistic Education. Scholarship holder of the President of Lublin.
He is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers, the Polish Association of Artists Teachers, the Polish Association of Pastelists, Kazimierska Konfraternia Sztuki, and the Artistic Contrast Group.
